If your anxiety is indeed something that you can take care of by taking action then you need to sit down and come up with a plan of action that will allow you to do so. On the other hand, if you are worrying about a hypothetical scenario, you must learn to let go of your worry. These hypothetical situations rarely, if ever, come to fruition and as such you should try to let go and concentrate only on the things that you can control in your life.
