<p>The difficulties faced by life due to having a job give rise to job stress. This can be very hard to cope with but there are ways to do it and still be able to relax and enjoy your work.</p>
<p><strong>Statistics </strong></p>
<p>Recent studies have shown that 40% of workers feel that their job is very or extremely stressful. 25% view their jobs as the main stressor in their lives. 29% reported feeling extremely stressed at work and 26% reported that they were frequently burned out at their jobs due to being stressed.</p>
<p>There are about 80% of workers who feel some sort of pressure on the job and want to cope with it. 14% reported that they felt close to striking a fellow worker due to <a href="http://healthrapidly.com/health-and-fitness/depression/symptoms-of-seasonal-depression/" target="_blank">job stress</a> but didn&#8217;t, reported that they have felt like screaming at their boss and 65% says that such pressure has caused difficulties in other areas of their lives.</p>

<p>One of the interesting aspects of the American culture is its obsession to sports.  We idolize the sports stars.</p>
<p>It is important to us that our pro sports team win all the time. We even place a lot of emphasis on the sports our children play.It sometimes gets out of hand because of our extreme obsession.</p>

<p>I have noticed this trend running a <a href="http://www.johnboesky.com" target="_blank">family therapist San Diego</a> service.  A lot of times teenagers and parents put so much stress on these games it gets out of hand.  Of course it doesn&#8217;t happen all the times but it does happen. <p>I have witnessed this a lot of times when parents get stressed so much by watching their kids succeed in sports that they themselves will need a counselor. <p>People who deal with various anxieties in their every day life can go through an anxiety stress treatment plan for better life.</p>
<p>These treatments usually require a mix of psychotherapy and medication, at least until the major symptoms that the people are experiencing are under control.  These <a href="http://howdoesstressaffecthealth.org/"><strong>stress treatments</strong></a> are modified according to the types of stressful conditions that the person is under.  If the person is going through a particularly stressful time in his life, a different treatment is needed than if the person has gone through a traumatic experience that has caused <a href="http://healthrapidly.com/health-and-fitness/depression/can-a-woman-have-postpartum-depression/" target="_blank">post traumatic stress disorder</a>.</p>
<p><strong>Treatment Methods</strong></p>
<p>There are different types of medications that are currently prescribed by doctors as treatments for patients.  For patients that are going through a particularly stressful time period, the doctor might prescribe a type of benzodiazepine, which is a sedative that the patient can take as needed.  This type of sedative is habit forming, however, and the doctor will usually only prescribe it in two week prescriptions so that the doses are carefully monitored.</p>

<p>One cannot see the results of this type of medication for a few weeks because it takes time to get into the system.  Since this is the case, the benzodiazepine is often prescribed for the first two weeks while the buspirone is built up in the system.  There are also some side effects that can occur with this type of medication treatment such as lightheadedness or nausea.  However, if monitored correctly, many patients have found success with treatment through the use of these types of drugs.</p>
<p>A third type of medication falls into the category of antidepressants. The down side to taking these medications is that it will sometimes take trying many different types before one is found that works the best for a particular patient.</p>
