One of the best things I did to help end my anxiety attacks was to do what is called ” relaxation techniques “if you do these techniques you will really relax your brain and you will begin to realize that you are in control of whether or not you are having an anxiety attack.This technique is easy to perform. All you have to do is breathe in and out slowly, focusing on each and every breath you take, don’t focus on anything else but your breathing.
